Nicole Zajdman has extensive experience in homeowner assistance and program management, currently serving as Deputy Director for various initiatives at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods since January 2014. Nicole's roles include overseeing the Homeowner Assistance Fund, Homeowner Experience, and Homeowner Hub, as well as previously functioning as Senior Program Manager and Hotline Manager. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Champlain Housing Trust, contributing significantly to homeowner outreach and database management. Additional professional experience includes positions in customer service and fundraising at organizations such as The Ocean House, Capital Good Fund, and Providence College. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with a focus on Business and Economics from Providence College.
