R. Tamsin Jones

R. Tamsin Jones has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and organizational development.

Starting in 1998, Jones worked for a retail company as a Senior Field Leader, overseeing multiple retail sites and managing a large number of employees. This role involved responsibilities such as revenue generation, recruiting, training, and monitoring operations.

In 2006, Jones served as a Recruiter for both Korn Ferry and 24 Seven Talent, focusing on executive and on-site recruitment for international organizations.

From 2007 to 2016, Jones held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Hureco Maverick, Inc., overseeing the HR department and external consultants. This role involved strategic planning, decision-making, and aligning organizational goals with human capital and HR operational standards.

Jones then transitioned to the non-profit sector in 2016, serving as the Director of Human Resources for Women's World Banking. In this role, Jones led all global HR functions and worked with a network of financial institutions across multiple countries.

R. Tamsin Jones has a diverse education history. R. Tamsin obtained a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University between 2015 and 2018. R. Tamsin also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Services from Lincoln University, which they acquired from 2010 to 2012.
