Jennifer Jirous-Rapp, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Pathways and Partnerships at the Center for Occupational Research & Development (CORD) since April 2023, with previous roles including Senior Research Associate and TA Consultant for the American Institutes for Research. Jennifer has extensive experience in workforce development, managing state-wide apprenticeship initiatives at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment and overseeing Adult Education and Literacy programs at the Colorado Department of Education. Jennifer's background includes directing STEM, Arts, and IT programs at the Colorado Community College System and serving as an Electronic Portfolio Administrator. Jennifer's academic credentials include a PhD in Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
