Blair Cashin

Blair Cashin is an experienced professional in partnership management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Kin since August 2025. Prior to this role, Blair held the position of Head of Partner Growth in a consulting capacity at Kamal from May 2025 to August 2025. With a strong background in client success, Blair was a Partner Success Manager at Hnry, New Zealand's fastest-growing tax agency, from September 2020 to May 2025. Blair co-founded Sprout NZ, a business concept aimed at fostering growth for New Zealand startups, and has held various senior roles at Randstad New Zealand, including General Manager Wellington and National Manager for Accounting & Financial Services. Additionally, Blair's experience includes risk management consulting at Joslin Rowe and senior recruitment consulting at Parker Bridge.
