Tiffany began their academic journey at San Francisco State University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2010. Afterward, they pursued further education at the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science from 2010 to 2012, specializing in a Post Baccalaureate program focused on Medicine.
In 2012, Tiffany attended Claremont Graduate University, where they completed two master's degree programs. Tiffany obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Business Administration and Management, and also earned a Master's Degree in Public Health. Both of these degrees were accomplished within the same time frame, ending in 2014.

Founded in 1985, The Center for Oral Health (COH) is a nonprofit, California-based organization dedicated to promoting public oral health, with a focus on children and vulnerable populations. COH collaborates with national, state and local partners to develop innovative community-based strategies for improving the oral health. For over twenty-five years the Center for Oral Health has been one of the few organizations in the country dedicated to the vision of “oral health for all.” Our mission is "to improve oral health, especially of vulnerable populations, through innovation, research, education and advocacy." In 2017, Center for Oral Health expanded its reach to serve the State of Florida. Currently The Center for Oral Health has two offices in Tampa and Lakeland.
