Joyce Hill

Joyce Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joyce currently works as a Tutor/Coach at Accent Advisor since 2022. Prior to this, they were an Adjunct Faculty at Baker University School of Professional and Graduate Studies starting from 2020. Joyce also held similar positions as an Adjunct Faculty at Avila University starting from 2007. In 2006, Joyce founded Organizational Excellence, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in talent development and performance management. Joyce started their career as an English Tutor at EF English First in 2019 and also worked as a Career Consultant at Right Management from 2008 to 2016. Before that, Joyce worked as a Leadership Coach at Chrysler Financial in 2007 and as the Director of Organizational Development at H&R Block from 2002 to 2006. Joyce also worked as an AVP of Organizational Development at State Street from 2000 to 2002 and as an Organizational Development Consultant at Sprint from 1996 to 2000.

Joyce Hill holds a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Development from Friends University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Promoting Active Learning Online from ACUE, FastTrac Facilitator Certification from Kauffman FastTrac, Hogan Assessment Systems, Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B), and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
