Rachael Marglous

Associate Project Manager, Communications at Center for Policing Equity

Rachael Marglous serves as the Associate Project Manager for the Communications Team at the Center for Policing Equity. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Vanderbilt University, where she studied criminal justice policy with a concentration in monetary bail. She graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt in May 2022. Rachael first joined CPE in January 2022 as a Program Management Intern with the Product Discovery team.

Before joining CPE, Rachael was the Assistant Mail Administrator and a Political Intern for the Texas Democratic Party, and was a Legislative Assistant with the NAACP Washington Bureau. She is particularly interested in the issues of bail reform, community policing, and incarceration as a public health issue.
