Jennifer Flynn Walker

Jennifer Flynn Walker serves as Co-Chief of Campaigns at the Center for Popular Democracy, leading a team of 45 with a budget of $15 million since September 2017, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Jennifer also operates Walker Strategies, LLC as Principal since February 2015, and has a history of impactful leadership roles including Co-Founder and Executive Director of VOCAL-NY from 1998 to 2016, where Jennifer established a significant membership organization, and Executive Director at Health GAP from 2007 to 2014, focused on advocating for equitable access to HIV medications. Previous experience includes consulting for Open Society Foundations and providing case management at the YMCA of Greater New York. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Management and Urban Policy from The New School’s Milano School, a fellowship at Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Marist College.
