Mike Digman

Mike Digman is currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Operations and Training at Metro West Fire Protection District since September 1997. Mike has held various leadership positions within the organization, including Battalion Chief, Shift Commander, Captain, Lieutenant, and Firefighter/Paramedic. In addition, Mike is also the CPSE Accreditation Manager for Metro West Fire at the Center for Public Safety Excellence since March 2021. Mike holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science Management from Lindenwood University, and a degree in Paramedic Technology from St. Louis Community College.
