Joe Brooks serves as a Data Management Consultant at the Center for Puppetry Arts since May 2024, focusing on data architecture, governance, and analytics frameworks. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Experience Operations - Systems & Analytics at Calendly, where responsibilities included leveraging data and automation to enhance customer and employee experiences. As Vice President of Operations and Data Strategy at Coupa Software, Joe originated the Customer Data team and developed AI models to improve customer success metrics. Additional experience includes roles at Kabbage, Inc., Geiger, Corporate Promotions Inc, and Susquehanna Radio, with a consistent focus on operational efficiency, strategic development, and data analytics. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
