Conservation Lead For Jim Henson Legacy at Center for Puppetry Arts

Russ Vick has extensive experience in puppet design, fabrication, and conservation, currently serving as the Conservation Lead for the Jim Henson Legacy at the Center for Puppetry Arts since May 2002. Responsibilities include developing archival techniques for the Jim Henson Collection, which spans their entire career before the Disney acquisition in 2004. Vick has contributed to various projects, including puppet fabrication for the film "Escape Plan 2," artistic direction for Discovery Communications, and puppet design for both [adult swim] and theatrical productions. Vick's educational background includes a BFA in Fine Art from Valdosta State University and a BS from Wikipedia College University School.
