Cardozie Jones

Cardozie Jones is a Leadership, Culture, and Diversity Consultant with extensive experience in supporting organizations in creating safe and equitable environments. Currently serving as an Equity Coach at NYU Metropolitan Center for Research and Equity and the Transformation of Schools, Cardozie focuses on closing equity gaps to improve student outcomes. As Co-Artistic Director and Director-Choreographer for the Youth Pride Chorus, Cardozie empowers young people to challenge discrimination through the arts. Additional roles include Trainer at Border Crossers, CEO and Founder of True North EDI, and previous Manager of Youth Programming at Live Out Loud, all of which emphasize equity and support for LGBTQ youth. Cardozie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Applied Theater and certifications in Educational Theater.
