Program Manager, Legal Strategies, Innovation, And Research at Center for Reproductive Rights

Caitlin Gruer, MPH, MS, currently serves as Program Manager for Legal Strategies, Innovation, and Research at the Center for Reproductive Rights since October 2022. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, where responsibilities included financial and operational management, grant management, and research coordination for the Gender, Adolescent Transitions & Environment Program from September 2018 to September 2022, and as Senior Project Coordinator involved in data collection and analysis. Earlier experience includes program management positions at Plan International USA, overseeing significant budgets and projects in various global regions, as well as roles at Helen Keller International focusing on data analysis and communication. Educational qualifications include an MPH in Sociomedical Sciences and Global Health and an MS in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, along with a BA from Vassar College.
