Linda C. Goldstein

Linda C. Goldstein is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel for U.S. Litigation at the Center for Reproductive Rights since January 2023. Goldstein's extensive career includes over a decade as a Partner at Dechert LLP, where involvement in the Trials, Investigations and Securities Litigation Practice Group was prominent, and prior to that, co-chairing the Securities Litigation Practice Group at Covington & Burling. Goldstein's legal journey began as a Litigation Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, and included a position as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Carter in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Goldstein holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School and a BA in English Literature from Yale University, graduating Magna cum laude.
