Maya Rupert

Maya Rupert is a seasoned policy advisor and campaign strategist with a diverse background in political and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Center for Reproductive Rights since July 2022, Maya has previously held positions including Senior Fellow at Community Change and Resident Fellow at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School. Significant campaign leadership roles include Campaign Manager for Maya Wiley for Mayor and Julián for the Future, as well as Senior Advisor for Warren for President and Warren Democrats. Maya's foundational experience includes serving as a Senior Policy Advisor and Chief of Staff to General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.
