Amanda Nelson, MS., BCBA has over seven years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Amanda is currently employed at the Center for Social Dynamics as the School Operations Director, where they direct behavioral technicians and manages the development and progress of clinicians, staff members, and clients. In their previous role as Senior Operations Manager at the same company, they played a key role in propelling maximum growth at an early intervention center. Prior to that, Amanda worked at Juvo - Autism + Behavioral Health Services, where they held various positions including Associate Regional Director, Clinical Director, and Program Supervisor. In these roles, they led teams, delivered home-based consultation and ABA services, trained and mentored employees, and organized high-impact meetings. Amanda has a passion for improving the social skills of children and ensuring exemplary ABA services for clients.

Amanda Nelson, MS., BCBA, has a strong educational background in psychology. Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Santa Barbara City College from 2000 to 2002, focusing on psychology. In 2011, Amanda completed their Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Their academic pursuits have equipped their with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding in the field. Additionally, Amanda has achieved the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in November 2017, further enhancing their expertise in the field of behavior analysis.
