Kevin Dang began their work experience in 2014 at Stitch Fix, where they worked as a Quality Control Specialist and an Associate. Kevin inspected units for quality, reported any updates or discrepancies, coordinated with various stations, inspected items for quality, picked orders, and loaded them for shipment. In 2017, they worked at City Sports Club as a Certified Personal Trainer, providing client assessments, formulating individualized workout plans, and monitoring client progress. In 2018, Kevin worked at One Medical as a Patient Care Coordinator, and later at the Center for Social Dynamics as a Client Services Coordinator.

Kevin Dang attended California State University - East Bay from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Kinesiology, specifically focusing on Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
