Lizet Ortega has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lizet began their career at CVS Pharmacy in 2007, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist and Pharmacy Assistant until 2015. In 2015, they joined the City of El Cerrito as a Teachers Aide and remained in this role until 2017. Lizet then moved on to the Center for Social Dynamics, where they worked as a Behavior Specialist from August 2017 onwards. In July 2020, they took on the role of a Clinical Lead Intern at the same organization. Lizet has also been associated with Patagonia since September 2017, starting as a Key Holder and later taking on the role of CX until the present.
Lizet Ortega pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their enrollment at Los Angeles Mission College in 2008. From 2008 to 2015, they completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Social Sciences and another AA degree in General Studies. Subsequently, in 2016, they joined San Francisco State University and studied Economics and Education, eventually earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 2019. Currently, Lizet is furthering their education at Arizona State University, pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, which they began in 2022.
