Carl D. Rehberg

Carl D. Rehberg serves as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) since June 2017. Prior to this role, Carl D. Rehberg held various leadership positions within the United States Air Force from July 2004 to June 2017, including Technical Director for the Asia-Pacific Cell, Deputy Associate Director for AF Strategic Plans, Chief of the Analysis Division, and Chief of Long Range Plans. Educational credentials include a National Security Fellowship in Defense & International Relations from Harvard University, a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, an MA in Political Science and Government from the University of South Dakota, a B.S. in Aviation Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, an AA in Aerospace Technology from Glendale Community College, and an A&P Rating in Aircraft & Powerplant Technology from Northrop University.
