Alyssa Clarke

Alyssa Clarke is a Community School Associate working with Bronx Early College Academy (BECA) in New York City. In this role, she is responsible for assisting the Community School Director with the day-to-day management of the community school strategy in collaboration with school leadership and community partners. Prior to joining CSS, Alyssa worked at Columbia Secondary School’s afterschool program, supporting the debate and creative writing electives, and mentoring middle school students as they explored their identities in relation to the world around them. She has also worked at the Times Square Alliance, creating partnerships with mental health non-profit agencies in New York City. Alyssa received her bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
