Catherine Bell

Catherine Bell is the Senior Executive Director for the Middle States Region, providing strategic vision and leadership for growth throughout the region and ensuring that CSS is providing the highest quality of service. Catherine has over fifteen years in the educational arena and has held leadership positions with The College Board, Educational Testing Service, and Innovative Schools where she was able to provide schools and districts with the tools and resources needed to provide a quality education for all students. Her passion for working with underserved students has always guided her career and volunteer efforts, and she has been a true advocate for ensuring that the needs of underserved students are met. Catherine holds a master’s in education and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina.
