Cynthia Graham

Cynthia Graham is Executive Director for CSS’s Northeast Region, providing strategic vision and leadership for growth throughout the region and ensuring that CSS is providing the highest quality of service. She also facilitates at CSS’s trainings across all regions. Cynthia has 15 years of experience in youth development, nonprofit leadership, and field support. Her most recent role before joining CSS was Chief Program Officer for Friends of the Children NY, a Harlem and South Bronx based organization committed to providing professional mentoring services to the most vulnerable youth in NYC. Previous roles include Executive Director for New York’s Children of Promise (a statewide collaborative of Big Brothers Big Sisters to provide mentoring for children of prisoners), Director of Innovation for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and Director of Program Services for Mass Mentoring Partnership. Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in black studies from SUNY New Paltz.
