Nadia Carofalo

Nadia Carofalo is Senior Director, Design & Professional Learning in CSS’s New Jersey office. She supports curriculum design for new and existing CSS solutions, and is a trainer as well. After graduating from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in English, she became a public school teacher in one of New Jersey’s Abbott districts. Passionate about social justice and education, she spent a year teaching abroad in Honduras. After returning to the United States, she was a teacher and then an assistant principal at a school for students with learning differences in Hawaii.
