Keara Fenzel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the political and advocacy field. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Advocacy at the Center for Tech and Civic Life, where they assist local elections officials in securing funding through advocacy efforts. Prior to this role, they worked at Impactual LLC as a Program Director and Senior Program Manager, responsible for managing various programs. Keara also served as the Political Director at the Colorado AFL-CIO, where they coordinated grassroots campaigns, managed communications, and advocated on behalf of union members. Keara has also held positions at Clean Slate Candidates for the Jeffco School Board, New Era Colorado, Fund for the Public Interest, and Ridgewood Parks & Recreation. Keara's experience showcases their expertise in political organizing, advocacy, program management, and grassroots campaigning.

Keara Fenzel completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Hamilton College from 2010 to 2014. In 2012 to 2013, they also participated in the Sea Education Association | SEA Semester program, where they focused on Colonization to Conservation in the Caribbean. In 2017, Keara obtained a Strategic Corporate Research Certificate from Cornell University, specifically the ILR School, with a specialization in Labor and Industrial Relations. Additionally, they attended Ridgewood High School from 2006 to 2010. Keara also obtained several additional certifications, including Nonprofit Management from The Management Center in June 2014, Organizing Bootcamp from the New Organizing Institute in April 2015, Camp Wellstone - Grassroots Organizer Track from Wellstone in July 2014, Run to Win Training from Emily's List in September 2017, and Strategic Corporate Research from Cornell University ILR School in May 2017.
