Esmeralda Franco

Esmeralda Franco is experienced in various administrative and support roles within different organizations, showcasing strong project management, research, and relationship support skills. Currently serving as Senior Aide to the President & CEO at the Center for the Future of Arizona, Esmeralda previously held positions such as Secretary to the Board of Directors at Arizona State University and Spanish Program Coordinator at the National Domestic Workers Alliance. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Transborder Chicana/o and Latina/o Studies (Media and Expressive Culture) from Arizona State University, Esmeralda is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
