Sally Loftis

Sally Loftis, MSOD, is the Managing Director of Loftis Partners, a woman-owned human resources consulting firm. Sally also serves as a Faculty at the Center for Trauma Resilient Communities and as a Navigator and Lead Consultant at Wayfinding Partners. With a background in Diversity and Inclusion strategies, Sally previously worked as a Consultant at Brook Graham. Prior to that, Sally held roles at Penland School of Crafts, Patton McDowell & Associates, and Bank of America in various capacities related to HR, marketing, client services, and operations management. Sally holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
