Alixandra Bleetstein, LCSW, MPH, currently serves as the Assistant Program Director for the Street Outreach Team at the Center for Urban Community Services, a role started in April 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor at the Bowery Residents' Committee from October 2020 to March 2023, and Care Manager at Little Treasures-Petits Tresors, SLP & Psychology, PLLC, where responsibilities involved comprehensive care management for clients through Medicaid's Health Home Program. Alixandra has also held internship roles at NYC Health + Hospitals, Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow, and AmeriCorps, focusing on public health, care coordination, and professional development for youth. Educationally, Alixandra earned both an MPH and MSW from Columbia University and a BS in Public Health and Sociology from The George Washington University.
