Deputy Director Of Operations For Primary Care at CUCS

Carol Eisenberg currently serves as the Deputy Director of Operations for Primary Care at the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) since 2017, also holding the role of Primary Care Practice Manager for Janian Medical Care. Prior experience includes serving as an Interim Medicaid Service Coordinator at the Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State (2016-2017) and as a Legal Assistant at Mendel Blumenfeld Law (2012-2015). In addition, Carol Eisenberg worked as a Contract and Procurement Manager/Consultant for the Workforce Development Board/Housing Authority and as a Program Coordinator at NMSU (2013-2014). Earlier in the career, Carol Eisenberg was a Senior Supervisor of Service Coordination/Case Management at YAI - National Institute for People with Disabilities (1998-2006) and completed an internship focused on Agricultural/Food Security at ECHO - Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization (2003-2004). Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Management and Policy from Portland State University (2007-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and Theatre from Gordon College (1990-1994).
