Diana McFail

Diana McFail serves as Chief of Staff at Center for Workforce Inclusion, where Diana works closely with the President/CEO to translate priorities to the organization. Previously, Diana held roles such as President and CEO at NextFifty Initiative, Director of Operations at Total Community Options Foundation, and Children's Extensive Support Resource Coordinator at Developmental Pathways. Diana holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
