Samuel Gaillard has held various financial leadership roles in organizations ranging from public charter schools to civil rights advocacy groups, overseeing fiscal operations, financial management, and accounting practices. With a background in accounting from The Catholic University of America, Samuel has a wealth of experience in managing large budgets and fostering relationships with funders and partners.

The Center (formerly Senior Service America, Inc.) provides training and support to help older, low-income job seekers across the US overcome multiple barriers to employment, secure a meaningful job, and remain employed. We focus on job-seekers who have been underserved by traditional workforce development programs including formerly incarcerated individuals, Veterans, and women.
