Eli Cotton has extensive experience in youth development and community engagement. Serving in various roles such as Program Director of Community Engagement, Manager of Mining Engineer Fellowship, Workforce Development Specialist, Social Emotional Specialist, Senior Recreation Assistant, and Direct Support Professional, Eli has focused on providing support and guidance to youth in their educational, career, and personal development journeys. Their work includes re-engaging teens, assisting with workforce readiness, supporting social and emotional well-being, and facilitating recreational programs for diverse groups.
