Jennifer James is a seasoned freelance artist and educator with extensive experience in teaching and artistic practice. Since May 2018, Jennifer has operated as a self-employed freelance artist while also serving as an artist and mother at Alexandra since January 2019. Jennifer's roles at the COCA - Center of Creative Arts include teaching various student age groups, leading professional workshops, and curating student art shows. With a background in graphic design and fine arts, Jennifer has held numerous adjunct positions at institutions such as the Art Institutes, Saint Louis Community College, and others, teaching courses in graphic design, painting, and art history. Jennifer's education includes multiple degrees in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from Fontbonne University, highlighting a strong foundation in the visual arts and narrative painting.
