John Gayley

John Gayley has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both the insurance and wine industries. Currently, John is a member of the Harvest and Hospitality Teams at Center of Effort Wines since August 2017. Additionally, John serves as a Director at Willis Towers Watson, where involvement as a member and former leader of the North American Insurance Industry Executive Compensation Consulting Team spans from May 2007 to the present. Prior to this, John held the position of Principal and consultant at Hewitt Associates between 1985 and 2007, and worked as a Paralegal at Isham, Lincoln & Beale from June 1981 to September 1985. John holds an AB degree from Brown University and an MA from the University of Chicago.
