Ruth Montgomery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supportive and community service roles. Currently serving as the Pre ETS Coordinator at the Center of Hope Foundation since September 2011, Ruth has also contributed to Open Sky Community Services as a Respite Worker and as a Respite Provider for Seven Hills Foundation since June 2012 and September 2002, respectively. Previously, Ruth held the position of Assistant Program Manager and Trauma Responder at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts from November 2004 to November 2011. This diverse experience showcases a strong commitment to providing care and support in various settings.

The Center of Hope Foundation provides day habilitation programs, vocational skills training, employment placement, and in-home support for over 500 adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The Center has been a chapter of the National organization The Arc since 1956. Since 1986, the Center has created for profit and programmatic businesses to further train individuals for job placement in the community, as well as provide additional income to support non funded programs, such as sports & recreation, emergency relief, a food pantry, and holiday giving program. Vacation fun clubs and summer camps are available for children with disabilities as well, creating an inclusive experience. Our Mission is to provide people with disabilities and their families from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds with the resources, services and opportunities to be contributing members of their communities and to achieve the most fulfilling and meaningful lives possible.
