Ashley Molin Psyd

Associate Director Of Behavioral Health at Center on Halsted

Ashley Molin, PsyD has a diverse work experience primarily focused on providing therapy to culturally diverse clients, primarily within the LGBTQ community. Ashley has held roles such as Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Associate Director of Behavioral Health at the Center on Halsted. In addition to providing individual therapy, Ashley has also co-facilitated various groups and managed programs. Ashley Molin, PsyD, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further education and attended The Chicago School from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in the field of Psychology.

Additionally, Ashley Molin has obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor from the National Council for Behavioral Health in March 2018.

Center on Halsted

Center on Halsted is the Midwest's most comprehensive community center dedicated to advancing community and securing the health and well-being of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) community. More than 1,000 community members visit the Center every day, located in the heart of Chicago's Lakeview Neighborhood. We work hard to provide a safe and welcoming environment with programs and services for the entire community. Our programs range from volleyball, dance performances and cooking classes to rapid HIV testing, group therapy and vocational training. In addition, we partner regularly with other organizations and groups from across Chicago and the nation to provide additional programming for the community. Free wi-fi access is available throughout the building including our lobby, reading library and our rooftop terrace. We also offer meeting and reception space, with special discounts for non-profit community groups.
