Courtney Baczko

Courtney Baczko has an extensive work experience in various roles related to behavioral health and care management. They started their career as a Home Visitor at MSPCC in 2006 and later worked as a Prevention Supervisor before transitioning to the role of Crisis Intervention Specialist at UMass Memorial Medical Center in 2009. During their time at UMass Memorial Medical Center, they also served as a Psychiatric Social Worker.

In 2011, Courtney worked as a Medical Social Worker at Children's Hospital Boston before taking on the role of Director of School Based Health Centers at Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. in 2014.
