Justin Cooks

Justin Cooks M.Ed, CLC currently serves as the Tech Jobs Program Manager at the Center on Rural Innovation, where Justin consults rural community leaders in creating effective recruitment strategies for BIPOC individuals. Justin has also held positions in companies like University of Missouri-Columbia, Hyphen Solutions, ACTIVE Network, LLC, Bank of America, and AT&T, where Justin has demonstrated expertise in diversity and inclusion, academic advising, relationship management, and sales. Justin holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational, School, and Counseling Psychology with a focus on Positive Coaching & Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
