Chloé Charles currently serves as the Responsable expérience client digitale Europe at Center Parcs, focusing on enhancing the digital customer experience across 27 locations in Europe. Chloé's responsibilities include managing the My Center Parcs account, mobile application, NFC wristbands, and activity reservation kiosks. Previously, at Accor, Chloé held the position of Cheffe de projet innovation within the Innovation Lab, where major tasks included coordinating with Techstars Paris, supporting intrapreneurs, and contributing to the development of a new hotel concept. Additional experience includes roles in digital project management at Mexikoo, account management at NUMA Paris, and participation in startup challenges. Chloé holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Rennes School of Business, with supplementary education in Finance and Economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and a recent certification in Senior Product Management from Thiga Academy.
