Guido Hermans

Guido Hermans is an experienced project management professional with a diverse background in various sectors, including real estate and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Management Officer at Center Parcs since August 2018, Guido is responsible for overall management, reporting, communication with investors, and program alignment within the organization. As the owner of Excence since January 2013, Guido specializes in interim projects and innovation initiatives. Previously, Guido held positions such as Project Manager for refurbishment projects at Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group and acted as a real estate advisor and project leader at Radboudumc. In earlier roles at TRAJECT, Guido contributed to significant projects including the development of educational facilities and sustainable buildings while also leading initiatives to improve communication and project processes. Educational credentials include a Post HBO in Business Administration from NCOI and a degree in Building Engineering from Hogeschool Arnhem Nijmegen.
