Maureen Riordan Rhodes has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2003. Maureen began their career as a Business Analyst at Hewitt Associates in 2003 and then moved to KPMG as an Associate in the Internal Risk Management (IRM) department in 2004. Maureen then joined TRX, a Concur Company, in 2004 as an Implementation Manager and held various roles in the company until 2008, including Manager of Global Operations, Business Process Analyst, and Implementation Consultant. In 2013, they joined SAP Concur as Vice President, Services for North America - Enterprise Premier and then later as Vice President, Services - Small Business. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Vice President, Customer Success at Center (getcenter.com). In this role, they are responsible for setting the vision and strategic plan for the customer success function, providing world-class customer experience, and evangelizing the voice of the customer.
Maureen Riordan Rhodes completed their undergraduate education from 1999 to 2003 at the University of Florida and the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Maureen earned a BS in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Decision and Information Systems.
