Utpal Donde

Utpal Donde's work experience is as follows:

- From November 2019 to present, Utpal served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & General Counsel at Center.

- From September 2017 to November 2019, Utpal was the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Docker, Inc. During this time, they were responsible for all corporate development, corporate strategy, and business operations projects at Docker. Utpal also handled the execution of transactions, defined and tracked KPIs and metrics, facilitated business reviews, and completed various operational and strategic projects. Utpal also served as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO from May 2018 to May 2019.

- From December 2014 to August 2017, Utpal worked at SAP as the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development for the Cloud Business Group.
