Carolyn Hickey

Carolyn Hickey is an experienced professional in human resources and total rewards management, currently serving as the Total Rewards Manager at Centerbridge Partners, L.P. since July 2024. Prior to this role, Carolyn held positions at Goldman Sachs as an Associate and at Citadel Securities as an HR Data Analyst. Carolyn's career began at GCM Grosvenor as a Compensation and Data Associate. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Behavior and Organizational Studies (Cum Laude) from Bucknell University, and study abroad experience at DIS – Danish Institute for Study Abroad. Carolyn is also a graduate of New Trier Township High School.
