Tony Fisher is the VP of Customer Success at Centercode. Tony has over fifteen years of customer success experience.
Tony started their career as a student intern at EEOC - Houston District Office in 2010. There, they were responsible for furthering the progress on official cases undertaken by their supervisor, Stephen Damiani. This was accomplished by conducting interviews, creating summary and closure reports, organizing case information, etc. Apart from the investigative process, Tony also observed official EEOC mediation.
In February 2003, Tony began working as a shift supervisor at Starbucks. Tony continued in this role until September 2011. As shift supervisor, Tony was responsible for managing a team of baristas and ensuring that customers received excellent service. Tony also oversaw the inventory and ordering process for the store.
Tony Fisher holds a Bachelor's of General Business from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Their field is Human Resources. Tony also holds a certification from Customer Validation Certification in Customer Validation Professional.
Tony Fisher reports to Luke Freiler, CEO. They work with Mario Sancho - Chief Delivery Officer, Randy Taylor - VP of Services, and Monica Burick - Corporate Counsel.
