Ricky Rose currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at WeFi, where responsibilities include leading the global support strategy and enhancing user experiences through AI and automation. Previously, Ricky held multiple leadership roles at Blockchain.com, culminating as Director of Business Expansion and Global Head of Customer Success & Payment Fraud, overseeing a global team supporting 90 million customers. Key achievements include establishing customer support teams across all channels and building a payment fraud prevention team that significantly reduced fraud. Ricky's earlier experience includes various management positions at Affinity Water and GAME Digital, along with an educational background in Business Management and Operations from the University of Hertfordshire and certifications from ACAMS and the Chartered Management Institute.
