Joshua Minor, CPA has a comprehensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Cost Accounting Intern at IBM. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an Audit Staff at Hughes Pittman & Gupton LLP. Joshua then moved on to Cherry Bekaert LLP in 2014, where they worked as a Staff Tax Accountant until 2016. Following that, from 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Accounting and Consulting Associate at Burns & Bynum CPA. In 2017, they joined CenterEdge Software as a Senior Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Accounting Manager from 2018 to 2020. Joshua then served as a Manager of Business Advisory Services at Blackman & Sloop, CPAs, P.A. before returning to CenterEdge Software as their Controller in 2022.

Joshua Minor, CPA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University from 2007 to 2011. Joshua further pursued their education and earned a Master's degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, Joshua successfully obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the NC State Board of CPA Examiners.
