Zelna McGee

Zelna McGee has extensive experience in talent and organizational development, holding senior roles in various global companies. Zelna currently works as the VP of Talent and Organizational Development at Centerfield since February 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of Global Talent Management and Development at Boardriders, where they partnered with executives to drive organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Before that, Zelna worked as the Director of Human Resources at L'Oréal from 2016 to 2018.

Zelna also has a significant background in HR management and special projects at GE Healthcare. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of HR Manager, responsible for various HR initiatives across multiple functions and countries. Zelna also completed the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE, which included rotations focusing on HR skill development and supporting acquisitions and integrations.
