Catherine Goris

Catherine Goris is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the AVP of HR at CenterLight Health System since December 2017, Catherine previously held roles including Senior Director of Human Resources and Corporate AVP of Human Resources, focusing on labor and employee relations for a significant workforce. Prior to CenterLight, Catherine worked as the Corporate Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Premier Home Health Care Services, managing HR operations for 14,000 employees. Catherine's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of HR at Elant, overseeing HR functions for eight nursing homes.
