Margie Cashdan

Margie Cashdan, SPHR, currently serves as the AVP of HR for Day & Ross, leading the HR function for over 1,000 employees in the US since April 2023. Previously, Margie held the position of Chief People Officer at inMusic, overseeing HR for a global workforce of 550 across multiple regions. At MGA Homecare, Margie worked as Chief Human Resource Officer, where focus was placed on transforming the HR function to support the company's growth. Margie served as Head of HR for Natural Pet Partners, tasked with establishing HR policies for a retail chain of 500 employees. Additionally, Margie was VP of HR at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, where transformation of the HR department supported 2,200 employees globally. Margie earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Arizona.
