Emina Tabakovic has extensive experience in health care operations and management. Emina worked at CenterLight Health System for over 14 years, starting as a Business Manager in 2007 and eventually becoming the Vice President of Health Care Operations. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of over 20 sites and worked to improve operational processes and procedures. Emina also held the position of Senior Director of Health Plan Operations during their time at CenterLight. Before joining CenterLight, Emina served as the Managing Director at CONSUMER ENERGY COOP., where they directed marketing services, led contract negotiations, and managed the organization's budget.

Emina Tabakovic began their education in 1995 at Bosnia and Herzegovina Law School, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Business Administration and Management. Emina then attended Fordham University from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Legal Professions and Studies. In 2017, Emina attended Harvard University for a brief period and completed a program in Leadership for Senior Executive, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Emina is currently pursuing a Master of Studies in Law degree in Corporate Compliance at Fordham University, starting in 2023.
