Kelley Cross

Kelley Cross is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in wireless site development and management. Currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager at Centerline Communications LLC since 2018, Kelley has previously held the position of Principal at CrossCom Consulting and has worked with multiple companies, including Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants, Black & Veatch, and Technology Associates, where Kelley excelled in managing complex projects for leading telecommunications companies such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. With a robust background in site acquisition, entitlement, and permitting, Kelley has overseen the development of over 400 sites, ensuring successful project execution from site selection through to construction. Education includes a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and language certification from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
